Swintt has taken the first step into meeting its aim of entering three new markets across 2025 by signalling its entry into Greece.
The Malta-based slot studio has been handed the green light from Greece’s gaming regulator the Hellenic Gaming Commission, marking the studio’s 12th market entry since it was established.
Gaining certification to offer its slot catalogue to Greek operators, Swintt will gain increased visibility for its portfolio of iGaming content. This includes slots from the studio’s subsidiary – Elysium Studios.
David Mann, CEO at Swintt, commented: “At Swintt, we’ve always been clear about our ambitions to expand, but it’s important for us to do that in a strategic way and only target regulated markets that make commercial sense to us – and Greece definitely fits this bill.
“As the 12th regulated market where our games are certified for launch, we’re very happy to have been granted approval by the HGC and are already hard at work trying to find suitable partners to host our titles in the country.
“I’m very excited about the possibilities the Greek market will hold for Swintt and am already looking forward to getting our portfolio out to a wide new audience.”
Having entered its first new market in 2025, the studio has achieved one third of its goal to make its debut in three new markets across 2025. To fulfill this goal, the studio has suggested that its sights are set on entries into Italy and Switzerland.
These goals follow the studio’s expansion efforts that occurred across 2024, as Swintt brought its in-house and subsidiary studio’s slot content to operators in the UK and Ontario for the first time.
Swintt’s offering to Greek operators will include its latest slot title, Horus Treasure, a 5×3 reel slot with 10-paylines that offers players up to x6,000 their stake. The game includes a Quad Spins bonus feature that presents four separate reel-sets for increased win potential.
Commenting on the slot release, Mann added: “Our SwinttPremium collection is always looking for new ways to put a fresh spin on the classic slot format – and in Horus Treasure, we’ve given the much-love Egyptian theme an exciting makeover with the introduction of Quad Spins.
“Offering players the chance to quadruple their chances of winning whenever a prize of at least x4 the starting bet is landed, this innovative mechanic adds an exciting dynamic to gameplay where they must decide whether to collect their current prize or push on for even greater rewards and we’re sure it’ll go on to make the game a hugely popular addition to our premium collection.”
