Vegangster has enhanced the customisability of its platform with the introduction of frontend agents.
According to the iGaming supplier, tapping into the capabilities of AI-powered agents will remove the need for operators to choose between a standard platform frontend and a fully custom build.
Full customisation usually requires significant development costs and maintenance. However, Vegangster claims that only a prompt is needed for its frontend architecture to rebuild a page, redesign a section or launch a new one.
Use cases for the technology include reworking part of a lobby, replacing a widget such as a game carousel or adding streamer landing pages, VIP lobbies and seasonal takeovers.
Michael Oziransky, Chief Product Officer at Vegangster: “When you look at what operators actually want to customise, it is rarely the architecture. Nobody wants to re-engineer payment flows or navigation menus. The appetite is in the lobby, the promo pages, and the tournament hubs. That is where we gave operators full control.”
The move continues Vegangster’s push to integrate AI into its capabilities.
In July, the company confirmed that it enhanced its operator game recommendation feature through an integration of ZingBrain AI’s smart lobby personalisation.
ZingBrain AI is an AI performance platform that provides the iGaming industry with smart lobby personalisation, player analytics, and other data points for online casinos and sportsbooks.
Casino lobbies powered by Vegangster gained access to AI-driven recommendations tailored to each player’s preferences, with personalised sections directing to other titles such as ‘Picked for You’, ‘Because You Like…’ and ‘Try Other Games With Similar Mechanics’. Recommendations can also be visible on the Vegangster Scroll & Play feed.
Speaking at the time of the announcement, Oziransky said: “ZingBrain works hand in hand with our own Scroll & Play feed: the engine decides which games are right for each player, and Scroll & Play puts them in front of them as gameplay clips they can watch and jump straight into.”
