Videoslots has called upon Clive Spiteri’s 15-year “expertise in finance and vision for transformation” by appointing him as its new CFO.

Spiteri joins the online casino operator from his previous role as Finance Director at slot developer Push Gaming Group, where he helped the studio make ‘significant time savings and enhanced data accuracy’ through his work in the finance department.

Ulle Skottling, Deputy CEO at Videoslots, commented: “We’re thrilled to welcome Clive Spiteri as our new CFO. His expertise in finance and vision for transformation will be instrumental as we continue to innovate and grow in the igaming industry.”

The inbound CFO has also worked in finance outside of the igaming sector, with previous roles in banking and financial firms.

However, Spiteri will hope to bring his igaming expertise to replicate the impact he had at Push Gaming, after helping the studio to ‘focus more on strategic analysis and value-added activities’.

Commenting on his new appointment, Spiteri added: “As the CFO, I envision a future where our finance function becomes a powerful force for transformation, offering strategic insights and generating value throughout the entire organisation.”

The Videoslots CFO will oversee the operator’ finance department as it continues to expand across several jurisdictions. The company recently extended its licence in Sweden, despite experiencing AML troubles in the Scandinavian nation.
