An abundance of gun-slinging bonus features were on show in Hacksaw Gaming’s latest Wild West slot release, 2 Wild 2 Die, which presented sticky wilds and prolific wanted poster wins to claim our Slot of the Week title.
With four separate bonus features on offer, 2 Wild 2 Die uses a 5×4 grid that has 14-paylines and a maximum win of up to x15,000 the player’s bet. This Mexican stand-off of a slot title has high volatility with an RTP of 96.25 per cent.
Free spins text scatters are available, triggering the ‘most wanted’ bonus game when three land on the same spin, or the ‘shootin’ wilds’ bonus game if four land on the same spin.
Additionally, if three scatter symbols land on the same spin as a ‘best-of bonus’ text symbol, the ‘best-of most wanted’ feature will be activated, performing the bonus game mode three times to provide the player with the highest win from those three bonus games.
This also works the same for the ‘shootin’ wilds’ game mode, with four scatters landing alongside a ‘best of bonus’ symbols triggering the ‘best of shootin’ wilds’ game mode, which also offers three individual features.
Silver and gold revolver symbols can also appear. Silver revolvers will shoot between one and six bullets across the reels, turning every symbol it shoots into a wild symbol.
If a symbol gets shot more than once, the wild will gain a multiplier from x2 to x200 that will be applied to all wins that occur using said wild.
Gold revolvers work in the same way, only shooting wild multipliers from the get-go. Each revolver symbol will transform into a wild symbol after shooting all of its bullets.
In the ‘most wanted’ bonus game, players are taken to an empty reel set where six ‘wanted’ posters sit above the board. These wanted posters will present either additional values from two to 500, or multiplier values from x2 to x20.
Players are given three spins to land as many revolver symbols on the board as possible, as each revolver symbol that appears will present between one and six bullets.
These revolvers will then shoot the wanted posters above the board, adding their additional values to the revolver’s own multiplied bet amount value. The revolvers then become dead, remaining sticky on the board for the remainder of the feature.
Furthermore, if a revolver shoots a multiplier wanted poster, its value will be multiplied by the displayed value on the wanted poster.
Special ‘reload’ symbols can also drop into play, causing each dead revolver symbol on the board to become reloaded with another two to six bullets, further increasing each available revolver’s value.
Each revolver or reload symbol that drops into play will reset the number of spins to three, allowing for more wins to be obtained.
Once shot, each wanted poster above the reel set will disappear, with each being replaced by a new additional or multiplier poster.
For the ‘shootin’ wilds’ game mode, players are given 10 free spins. These free spins work similarly to the base game, only each wild or revolver wild will remain sticky on the board for the duration of the game mode.
