A school of cyber sharks swim amongst the reels in Push Gaming’s latest underwater slot release, Razor Returns, which tasked players with evading the jaws of a hungry great white to claim Slot of the Week.
Spinning an established Push Gaming slot with updated character design and features, Razor Returns uses a 5×5 reel board with 40-paylines and a maximum win of up to x100,000 the player’s bet. While offering nudging mystery symbols and multiplied free spins, the game uses an RTP range of 94.49 and 96.55 per cent with high volatility.
George Fil, Group Managing Director at Push Gaming, commented: “It’s been a long time in coming and we’ve invested a significant amount of time and effort into Razor Return’s development, knowing how revered the original is with the player community.
“We’re incredibly pleased with the finished product and early indications suggest this could be another huge entry into our growing portfolio of titles that we’re so proud of.”
Mystery kelp symbols can appear in clusters of five, revealing identical symbols at the end of the spins they appear on. These symbols also trigger a nudge & reveal feature.
With this feature, each mystery symbol that drops into play will stay on the board on subsequent spins, nudging down one row to reveal different symbols on each spin.
The mystery kelp symbols can reveal gold shark symbols, which can reveal multiplied bet amounts between x1 and x5,000 the player’s bet, or a range of other features including collectors, converters and multipliers.
If one of the gold sharks reveals a collector symbol, then all multiplied bet amounts revealed by other sharks will be collected and applied to the player’s payout.
The gold sharks can also reveal multipliers between x2 and x10 that will be applied to all multiplied bet amounts available across the reels.
Additionally, gold shark symbols can reveal converter sharks, which will spin through all paytable symbols before selecting one at random. This chosen symbol will then cause all symbols of its kind on the board to turn into gold sharks that reveal further prizes.
Wild razor sharks can also drop into play, substituting for all symbols other than mystery symbols, torpedoes and instant prize symbols. Landing three, four or five wilds in a winning combination can provide wins of x1, x4 or x12.5 the player’s bet, respectively.
Landing three torpedo scatters on the same spin will activate the free spins feature, while landing four or five scatters will activate the feature with x5 and x25 multipliers, respectively.
In the free spins, reels two and four will begin filled with mystery symbols, which still nudge down on every spin. However, when the mystery symbols nudge in the free spins, they will increase an overall win multiplier by a value of one.
Extra nudge symbols can appear in the bonus game mode, causing the mystery symbols on the reels to nudge upwards for one spin rather than downwards.
