Swintt has claimed our Slot of the Week with its latest slot title Sea Raiders as players sail the seven seas and become swashbuckling pirates in a search for plunder.
Embracing video game narratives/storytelling, this slot title makes players collect special symbols which unlock new islands on an in-game map with each new location offering a different theme with specific bonus rounds.
David Mann, business development director at Swintt, said: “Our studio has been delivering consistently stronger games time after time and Sea Raiders looks to be the jewel in our crown so far.”
This 5×3, 20 payline slot title is of medium volatility with an RTP of 96.39 per cent as players could win a maximum payout of 12,955x their original bet.
Special symbols can appear on reel five, which fills up one of the bonus meters. Each meter has five levels of completion and can offer random wild re-spins, wild reels re-spins, or walking wilds re-spins. Once the meter has been filled the corresponding island is unlocked and the meter resets to zero.
The different islands correspond to the bonus round, so once a specific island has been unlocked, players are three times more likely to trigger the bonus round for that island. Three scatter symbols will also grant a lucky player the Treasure Hunt bonus round.
In the treasure hunt bonus game, payers have to select from five options on a map. Each object has either a prize or a trap. If the player picks the trap the bonus round ends.
Player progress in Sea Raiders is saved thanks to Swintt’s persistent data so it can be picked up where players left off when they return to the game.
