Yggdrasil has taken players on a trip to candyland for a reel-shifting soiree in the studio’s latest proprietary slot release, Candyfinity, which sent us on a sugar rush to claim Slot of the Week.
The sugary slot title uses 6×3 reel board with up to 46,656-ways to win to offer a maximum win of up to x38,837 the player’s wager. While every win is enhanced by the chance to land more wins via shifting reels, the game uses high volatility with an RTP of 96 per cent.

Throughout the game, landing winning combinations will cause the reels to shift one row to the right, before spinning the first reel to reveal new symbols and increase the win potential of an already successful spin.
Each time this streak feature occurs, the first reel will contain an extra symbol in order to place more symbols on the board, with a maximum of six symbols in one reel.
Low value symbols come in the form of playing card suits, with clubs, diamonds, hearts and spades. These symbols can offer between x0.05 and x0.75 the player’s stake, depending on the number of winning combinations that land on a single spin.
Next up, watermelon and orange sweets depict the high value symbols, alongside blue and red candy. If the right number of paying combinations land on a single spin, these symbols can offer between x0.2 and x10 the player’s bet.
Wild candy cane symbols can also drop into play, substituting for all symbols other than the bonus scatter.
Additionally, gift-wrapped bonus scatter will trigger six, eight, 10 or 12 free spins if three, four, five or six scatters land on the same spin respectively.
When the streak feature occurs with a six-of-a-kind win then a multiplier of x2 will be applied to any subsequent streak wins. This multiplier will also increase by a value of one each time this occurs.
During these streaks, bonus symbols are collected in order to allow for a greater chance of activating the free spins game mode.
Once the free spins have been activated, players have the option to gamble their allocated free spins in order to gain more.
To do this, players must land a spinning wheel’s marker into the green zone on the wheel. Losing this gamble will return the player to the base game empty-handed.
