Big Time Gaming has enhanced the Canadian presence of its flagship mechanic after confirming that Max Megaways and Vegas Megaways have been launched in Ontario via Evolution.
In securing this move, BTG will enhance the outreach of its proprietary Megaways mechanic that has established itself as a staple format in the slot industry. The two games will enter the Ontario market via Evolution’s operator partners such as 888, BetMGM, LeoVegas and Rush Street Interactive.
Nik Robinson, CEO at BTG, stated: “Since we began releasing content in Ontario earlier this year, we’ve had some great feedback from players who really enjoy the new mechanics we drop into our games.
“That’s why we’re really excited about Max Megaways and Vegas Megaways, because these two titles really take things up a notch in terms of engagement and playability.”
The first of the two titles, Max Megaways, is a spy-themed slot release that uses the typical Megaways design of up to 117,649-ways to win, while offering bonus features such as vertical wilds, horizontal wilds, wild bombs and a Maximum Megaways enhancement.
Meanwhile, Vegas Megaways will take Ontarian players on a virtual trip to Sin City, aiming to bring “a slice of the Las Vegas Strip to your living room”. In the game, players can activate a VIP Gamble feature that offers up to 50 free spins.
BTG’s ability to go live via Evolution’s operator partners comes as a result of Evolution acquiring the Australian game developer back in 2021.
