Earlier this month, Slotegrator produced a new guide for operators on the importance of KPIs, emphasising how key they are for achieving consistent progression.

Ataur Rosul Abeer, Senior Sales Manager, at Slotegrator, stated: “Improving business performance and boosting revenue is not only about investing in marketing. Understanding and timely solving problems is a crucial aspect of running an online casino or sportsbook.

“This is why KPI analysis must be made simple, operators need to have an overview of what’s happening. How much does your casino make gross? And net? How many newly registered players make their first deposits? And how many of them make the second ones? If the last number is lower than you expected — there is a problem that needs to be found and solved.”
