Low value symbols are represented by the high end of a deck of cards, from 10 through to Ace. Landing a certain number of identical low value symbols on winning paylines can provide wins between x0.1 and x1 the player’s bet.
Next up, lanterns, shovels, pickaxes, money bags and gold bars depict the high value symbols, offering between x0.25 and x5 the player’s preferred stake.
Wild ‘Gold Rush Express’ symbols can appear, substituting for all symbols other than the gold nuggets, cash express trains and special gold bells and trains.
Landing three, four or five wilds in a winning combination will provide respective wins of x1, x2 or x10.
Meanwhile, dynamite scatters can drop into play to trigger 10 free spins when three or more land on the reels at once.
Train symbols can also appear on reels one through four, revealing colours of either green, blue, purple or red, which correspond to jackpot prizes of mini (x20), minor (x50), major (x500) or grand (x5,000) respectively.
If these train symbols land on the same spin as a gold bell or gold train symbol, which can only appear on reel five, then a special ‘rush express’ feature will occur.
This causes a train to travel across the top of the board, revealing multiplied bet amount prizes in carriages behind it, varying in price depending on the jackpot colour of the train.
These prizes will then be accumulated on the train symbol before being applied to the player’s balance. Train carriages can also reveal multipliers or their respective jackpot prizes to further enhance the bonus payout.
Additionally, gold nugget symbols can appear displaying cash values that can be collected by both the gold train and bell symbols on reel five.
When collected by a train, these golden nugget values will be accumulated and then applied to a train’s carriages above the reel set. This train will then reveal up to 10 carriages all displaying that accumulated value, which will all be provided to the player.
Randomly, these gold nuggets can activate a pick-me bonus game in which players must match three prizes to win the respective prize amount.
