THE SYMBOLS
Low value symbols come in the form of colourful football fan hats, goalkeeper gloves, football boots and referee cards. These symbols can offer between x0.2 and x2 the player’s stake, depending on the number of winning combinations that appear on a single spin.
Meanwhile, animal football players depict the high value symbols, with foxes, wolves, bulls and lions offering between x0.2 and x10 the player’s wager. High value symbols appear in stacks of 1×3, appearing either fully or partially on the reels.
Scatter trophies can drop into play, but only on reels two, three and four. Landing three scatters on the same spin will award an instant win equal to the player’s stake, as well as eight free spins.
Bonus football symbols are also available, triggering the hold-and-win game mode when six or more land on the same turn. Bonus footballs can either display monetary values between x1 and x15 the chosen bet or silver or gold mystery footballs.
Finally, wild football stadium symbols can land on the reels, substituting for all symbols other than bonus footballs and trophy scatters. Landing two, three, four or five wilds in a winning combination will award x1, x2, x10 or x40 the player’s preferred bet.
THE DETAILS
In the free spins game mode, all low value symbols are removed from play to increase the win potential. The free spins can also be retrigged by trophy scatters.
For the hold-and-win feature, players are given three spins to land as many football symbols on an empty reel set as possible. Each symbol that appears will reset the number of spins to three.
When silver mystery footballs land on the reels, they are guaranteed to reveal either x3, x5, x10 or x15 the player’s stake as a prize when the game mode draws to a close, or one of the three displayable jackpot prizes – min (x25), mid (x50) or max (x150).
Meanwhile, gold mystery footballs can only reveal one of the three jackpot prizes.
Once the three spins have been completed, players will receive the accumulated value of all footballs that have dropped into play. However, landing a full board of 15 footballs will award the game’s ultra jackpot prize of x1,000.
