SOFTSWISS lays out new roadmap amid global changes

SOFTSWISS has set out its future roadmap in response to major changes impacting global iGaming.

The company said that market fragmentation, greater complexity for operators and a shift towards long-term partnerships over ‘transactional vendor relationships’ have led SOFTSWISS to identify a new positioning strategy.

As a result, the technology provider said that it is now seeking to meet these new demands through providing regulatory expertise, operational reliability and strong service.

Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS, explained: “The role of the technology partner has fundamentally changed over the past few years. As iGaming becomes more regulated and more complex, operators need much more than technology alone. They need a partner that understands regulations, brings operational expertise, and supports sustainable growth over the long term.

“Over the past 17 years, we’ve built those capabilities alongside the technology at the core of our business. Our updated positioning doesn’t change who we are – it simply reflects the company we’ve become and the role we already play for our partners.”

As part of the changes, SOFTSWISS’ over 1,500 brand partners will be met with a new visual identity that reflects the shift and is being rolled out across 2026.

SOFTSWISS aids slot decisions

Last month, SOFTSWISS launched a new Games List tool for its Game Aggregator back office to aid with game content management.

The list will allow the company’s partners to view a complete game catalogue in one place, reducing the effort needed to manage a title library.

Operators can now filter their catalogue in several ways, including provider, category, features, return to player (RTP), volatility, release date and other parameters.

Slots will also have a detailed view featuring game mechanics, supported devices, licences and mathematical characteristics.

SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator’s Head of Business Development and Partner Studios, Gretta Kochkonyan, stated at the time of the announcement: “Operators often tell us that managing a large game portfolio can be challenging and time-consuming. They need better tools to navigate available content and identify opportunities for portfolio optimisation.

“The Games List provides a clear and transparent overview of the catalogue, helping teams discover relevant content faster and make more informed decisions aligned with player preferences.”
